Community Resources for Science The Community Resources for Science is a great resource for those interested in improving their practice as science educators. With resources and professional development opportunities across the Bay Area, for teachers and administrators, the Community Resources for Science is a great place to network with and learn from like-minded and dedicated educators. There are resources for the connections between the Science Standards and the Common Core Standards.
Exploratorium Tinkerlab -- Lots of great ideas

Spark Fun is a website that sells electronic supplies and has lots of fun ideas and instructions to play with circuits.
The Tech Museum of Innovation has a page about Design Challenge Learning.
Maker Ed Founded in 2010, Maker Ed is national non-profit dedicated to promoting maker education in education in the United States. Their resource library offers great project ideas for students and teachers, research to convince others of the value of making in education, and the MakerEd Playbook for those who want to start their own educational makerspace
